I was in a tight spot in the beginning and coming here has been good. All in all, everything has been looking good. Meeting Casey was one of the first good things that happened since that. He’s very helpful and makes sure to meet your wants and needs. Above and beyond mindset is what I felt when I met dude. Thank you ExtraSpace. Your kindness won’t be forgotten.

I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Casey at the front office. Casey consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every time I visit, the property is clean and well taken care of, and you can tell he puts a lot of effort into maintaining the place. He’s always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers and the facility. Employees like Casey make a big difference in the overall experience. I really appreciate his hard work and excellent customer service.

So, I've seen a bunch of 5 star reviews for Casey (Crawford presumably), and I can confirm that they are absolutely accurate. Casey helped me out not once, but twice today (in both cases, I'd done something stupid). I was going to go to the office to thank him in person, but he came by on a go-cart and asked me if I needed any help. Casey absolutely rules, give this man a raise! I demand it! (or at least, give him my thanks)

Casey Crawford did an amazing job explaining in detail what extra specs had to offer. He was charismatic and fun but didn’t over talk. Even allowed me to vent about the unfortunate events that led me to his office. Which made me feel a lot better surprisingly. He’s a great employee sold me on the security and east access of my property.
