Extra Space Storage - 7269 - Beaverton - Shaw St

Sara is easy to talk to. After listening to my needs she made suggestions. We previously had a unit at this facility. I needed boxes tape amd bubble wrap for an upcoming move. She helped me load the items too! I bought the large boxes and didn't see just how big they are until I got home. Phoned the office and she was able to exchange them for medium boxes. A wonderful lady with great attitude and customer service skills. RaNae Lopp

My experience with Extra Space Storage was extremely poor. Story time: moved to Oregon in Sept., that is when I rented a storage space, within the span of 4 months my storage increased $200 dollars, 100/every other month, when I asked why and how is this a thing, the staff responded with, "we are allowed to increase storage rates whenever we want." I get your business your rules, but I felt like they where attempting to raise my storage fee in hopes of me not being able to pay the fees. Well, I had to find another storage space and spend money to move my belongings, again. Not happy with this business and I will not be recommending this business, very predatory business practices.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give 10 stars I would! Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Sarah who helped me with the move out process! The facility is always nice and clean, the units are well kept and very safe for all your belongings. If I ever need another unit in the future, I’m definitely going to keep my stuff here. Thanks again for everything Sarah, Steve and everyone else at this extra space location!

Super clean facility. The manager Steve is the nicest most accommodating person. Super helpful and always answers any questions I have. They have nice carts available to move your items and the elevators are nice and large. My only tiny nitpick is I wish they made the bathrooms available all the time, not just when the office is open, though I would imagine past instances is why they currently close them when staff is not available.

this place is great Sarah is the shortest employee I've ever met I mean that from the bottom of my shorty dog's heart the bathrooms are always clean there's not that many drug addicts near storage parking lot. I once saw Sarah save a cat from a tree there's a rumor also that she helps cure cancer; cockroach cancer
