This facility is always tidy and well-kept. I really appreciate the recent improvement of adding the new gutters to the buildings which has completely eliminated all runoff water from entering my unit. I also appreciate the stable rent rates. I have had no complaints. I am very thankful and have found Iron Box to be very accommodating.

The manager LIVES on site and still my unit was broken into, my things trashed and stollen. They likely came back multiple times in the course of a week. There is absolutely no surveillance or security of any kind on site, as the manager is always in his house, unaware of who is coming or going between the times of 7am and 9pm when the gate is open, daily. If you want to save a few bucks on a cheap unit with no security, this would be the place. They also have no insurance, and the owner cares not what happens there as he's living it up in California.

For the price, it's a good place to store your household goods, Access is alittle tight for the larger uhaul trucks.. The entrance to the place is sudden, best to pay attention or you'll miss it...

I'm very disappointed with myself for choosing to store some of my stuff here. I had my unit broken into in January 3, 2022... so as you can imagine... I'm a bit upset about this. I will NEVER again use this business.

This place is awful. I have been broken into twice (in the same month) there is no security and their rates for NOTHING (services) are too high
