Wonderful experience! The staff member Ciara was phenomenal! Very professional, very knowledgeable and attuned and attentive to my needs and questions. She provided an exceptional and detailed tour of the property and answered all of my questions with detailed answers. My first interaction with her over the phone extended into a very easy face-to-face conversation after arriving to the property. She made the rental process very easy and completed the tour and rental process in a timely manner. Exceptional customer service. The property is nice, neat and clean.

Easy online process to reserve a unit. Not quite that easy getting a local person on the phone or return calls in a timely manner. Reserving future commits until I actually use the unit. Sierra the local store manger just returned my calls. She apologized for the mixup and answered all my questions. In all fairness, feel I should revise my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
