great prices. Lots of new improvements. This is the second time I have rented here the last time was under the old owners and the place was run down and didn’t seem like anyone cared. But the new owners have clearly spent a lot of money to make it nice and safe and have still super cheap prices

Manager of this location has a serious attitude problem. I arrived for my rental at 1215 pm he pulls up screams I'm on my lunch break I've told you a thousand times he said. Then slams door continues to eat.So I patiently wait for him to be finished he then proceeds to scream and yell to the point that I was about to catch a charge. I've never been treated in such a manner and I hope you don't either. This manager should not be in customer service for he is not fit for the job. I'm sure I'm not the first customer this person has treated in this manner.

Manager is a complete jerk. Yelling and cussing at my 70 year old grandmother who was trying to get things out of storage. Cussing at her about how she can’t be there for over and hour and if she doesn’t leave he’s going to call the police on her. Yelling about how it’s in the agreement, funny thing is I don’t remember ever signing a new agreement when these new owners took over.

Past owners were extremely kind and reasonable, and it was a great unit. Now, there are new owners who could care less about the people and customers. The new owners are extremely rude and very difficult to work with. We moved our stuff out to a close storage facility with extremely kind and helpful management and cheaper. We could not move our stuff out quick enough once we met and tried to work with the new management.

I thought the new paint and added cosmetics were a good sign at first but since the previous management left this place is absolutely terrible I believe they are trying to keep my items in storage. They try to say I’m several months behind on rent and requested proof of payment my mother sent proof of payment and both of us have tried everyday for weeks to get ahold of someone to pay any past due amount once it is recognized that we are current or would like to pay whatever we need to to make sure our account is current. They have made this impossible by refusing to answer the phone ever. I am at a loss here if you think you are going to take my possessions you are very wrong as we have proof of payment and have documented all of our calls each day and how you continue to dodge our calls. I wanted to speak to you first before making a post and publicly bashing your business but you left us no choice. Please bring the old management back. I feel I am being deceived and possibly an attempt of stealing my possessions is being made. I will be back in the state soon and will hopefully find this to be a bad case of miscommunication on your part. Now I have no reason to believe it is intentional however. People I would highly recommend to stay clear of this place now it has really went downhill. I have been here since 2018 and it was absolutely the best place I had to interact with a business in Colorado. Now I can’t seem to even pay my bill. I also can’t get anyone professional enough to answer a phone to sort through any mistakes on payment that myself or the company has possibly overlooked . Not good very unprofessional and looks to be unethical practices. No star review.. Do better.
