Helen is very good at her job. We just moved to the area. When we were looking at homes in the area we stopped in to see what was available. Helen met us with a big smile and took us on a tour. The whole complex is very clean. We needed a unit bigger than what was available. Helen kept in contact with us letting us know when the unit we needed was available. We came in and rented the unit. Her customer service, follow up and genuine personality are definitely an asset for Acorn Self Storage.

I rented two storage units and a parking space for my Jeep over a three-month period while relocating out of state. The Manager, Hellen Good, along with Cindy Weller, provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to coordinate the best solutions for my complex transitions in and out of the facility. At the end of my rental, Hellen even assisted me with a few remaining items that couldn’t fit in the shipping container by personally helping to donate them to Habitat for Humanity. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who values a clean, secure, and modern space, supported by an outstanding and caring staff. Thank you!
