I want to give a big shoutout to Felicia for her outstanding customer service! She was extremely attentive and helpful, especially as I was arriving after hours. She went above and beyond by making special arrangements to ensure I had no issues accessing my unit. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making the customer experience smooth and stress-free, but Felicia truly does. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference — she’s a great example of what excellent service looks like! Thank you, Felicia, for going the extra mile!

I have rented a unit for approx. 2 years, and while I’ve never had an issue with the facility itself, the pricing is grossly predatory. In January 2024, I was paying $186 for my 10x15 unit with insurance. After enduring multiple price increases, I just received a notice that my monthly rate was increasing to $322 a month. The rental rate online for the same sized unit is $190 (not including the flash sale price). I will be moving out my things before the price increase.

The manager , Steven, is very professional and efficient as well as helpful . He keeps the property in perfect condition from the grounds , buildings and parking areas to the community bathroom. The property is well located and fully secured at all times . So far , this has been a very enjoyable experience.
