Extra Space Storage - 0707 - Burke - Freds Oak Rd

I have been with Extra space storage now for a long time over five years at the location, In Burke off of Fairfax County Parkway & Fred Oaks Road. The previous manager I had the pleasure of dealing with was Raul. He was amazing. Always provided top-notch customer service and always so extremely friendly. After visiting the office today, I was sad to hear that Raul is no longer with the company, but the new manager, Sam assisted me with equal friendliness and spectacular customer service. I would highly recommend this location as it is always worked as expected, and has always remained clean and very well organized.

I've used Extra Space at Burke for over three years, and it's been an absolutely wonderful experience. The managers are always helpful and personable, even when I had confusing unit switches to work out! I can't recommend this place enough, and although I'm moving out this week, I will always come here first for storage needs.

I’ve had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage location. The facility is clean, easy to access, and I always feel like my belongings are safe. I especially want to recognize Tra for her outstanding customer service. She’s patient, professional, and genuinely friendly every time I come in or call with a question. Tra walked me through my options, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. If you need storage in the Burke area, I highly recommend this location—ask for Tra!

Sam was wonderful. This was a great experience, and he walked me through every step, and assisted me along the whole way. It could not have been an easier application and contract. Sam was very professional and helpful. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him, as he is very customer- satisfaction focused. If I could give Sam 10 stars, I would!

I have never rented a storage unit and was intimidated by the entire process. With that in mind, renting with Extra Space was a no brainer and may have been easier than ordering an Uber! It was all explained easily through their website from start to finish. In less than 20 minutes you go from not having a storage unit to being able to walk into your own. I would highly recommend them!
