Extra Space Storage - 1991 - Chamblee - Clairmont Rd

This facility has gone above and beyond to help me. Laquinta has been so great! She stayed late for me to come in so that I could downsize my unit. She offered me several options on how to handle doing this and when I say it was the smoothest, easiest transfer I’ve ever done. She explained pricing so that there would be no surprises. And just her sweet personality made me feel so comfortable. She needs a big raise or promotion !! The facility is the cleanest one I have ever been in. And I always feel safe there.

My experience with them was overly pleasant. I prepaid for 6 months storage and only needed it for 5. As long as you give 7 days notice before the end of the billing cycle, you can receive a refund for the month(s) you did not use. No other storage place I know of will do that. Facilities were also clean and secured. Would definitely recommend!

Extra Space Storage has been a true blessing during one of the toughest times of my life. Laquita has been absolutely amazing, kind, patient, and incredibly understanding throughout it all. Her compassion and professionalism meant more to me than words can say. Thank you so much for everything.

Where do I start. From the time I set foot in the office, I was greatly pleased, and knew this was the one. Seems as though most people are just unhappy, and rude on the job but I was greeted with a warm smile from LaQuinta the manager, and I felt a sense of calm. I ould tell she really cared. As I looked around the office I noticed security cameras overlooking on every portion of the facility. LaQuinta showed me some units, and helped me to decide which would be the best fit for me. As we walked along I also noticed how clean everywhere was. I'm not sure how long this location has been here but they look very very new. Could say a lot more but don't want to appear long winded. 🙂 I would highly recommend this storage facility because of it's secure location, and cleanliness, and this location in particular because of Miss LaQuintas calm, helpful, caring, and most pleasant demeanor.
