Extra Space Storage - 3943 - Cincinnati - Crookshank Rd

These guys have been great for me so far. Leased a unit online but had to switch when I got there. They helped me get what I needed when I needed it and for a great price! I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience last week at Extra Space Storage on Crookshank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Unfortunately, I have had to rent storage units in the past. It has never really been a great experience, so my expectations weren’t that high. How wrong I was!! When I walked in, there was only one gentleman working in the office, who I would later find out was the manager named Robert. Robert was dealing with a customer who was being pretty rude and snarky. He was essentially demanding something that was not within the power of the facility. I watched, very impressed, as Robert handled this customer with a huge smile on his face the entire time, reassuring him that they would find a solution. He also went out of his way to reassure the customer he very much wanted him to leave there happy. A solution was found, and all ended well. I was quite impressed! When it was my turn for Robert to help me, I explained that I was just there for information in terms of sizing, pricing, specials, etc. He provided me all of the information, of course, but he asked questions on the types of things I needed would be storing and he offered suggestions on size and then gave me a tour of the facility. Throughout our entire interaction, the smile and his warm personality never left. I signed up on the spot. Thank you so much, Robert. You really were amazing to me that day and your company is lucky to have you.

I have been a customer of the Extra Space Storage at the Crookshank location for years now. The manager, Robert, is an amazingly kind and knowledgeable man who will bend over backwards to help anyone who comes in, even a long time customer like me. He and his staff (mostly him, really) keep the place safe and secured while looking spiffy and clean... all while still being available to answer questions over the phone, or in person. They will probably never have an employee of Robert's caliber again, even if they have nothing but exquisite employees who give phenomenal customer service. Robert is just THAT good. I recently got laid off, and needed to downgrade to a smaller unit for a few months (maybe six) and he took the time to help me to find a smaller unit in the facility that would still hold my belongings safely, until I can move back up to a larger unit, or move the contents to a new home. He even did his best to find one close to my existing until to cut down on the effort of moving from one unit to the other. He really is a special kind of amazing that only comes along once in a lifetime. You are my hero, Robert. You will be hard pressed to find a better company, or better customer service, than Robert at Extra Space Storage on Crookshank. To be perfectly honest, I would give them 6 out of 5 Stars, if I could.

Secure location. I can see where my money goes as the building gets all its upgrades and additional security measures. Never had issues and my stuff has all been safe there for years now. Robert is the man!!

Can I give more than 5 stars? I’m shopping for a storage unit and after a bad experience, I went into Extra Space with no appointment. I was immediately greeted by this man with a huge smile who was working in the office alone. This man’s smile never left his face. He helped me figure out what I needed, which was a bit of savings for me compared to other storage facilities. While I was there talking to him, he was dealing with a non-stop ringing phone, a water leak, and people moving in and out-popping into the office to ask questions. He did it all with class and patience. I move into my new unit next week! Thank you so much, Robert!!
