This was THE most amazing experience I have ever had in receiving customer support in navigating my own personal storage unit journey! Lucy and her co worker not only insisted on helping me even though I had unknowingly came in at their store closing time, but they tailored and personalized my experience by focusing on ,y specific goals and objectives. Lucy even volunteered her support in walking me through how to unlock my unit with a locking system I was not familiar with. This all happened essentially AFTER their store closing hours keep in mind. And they were positive, upbeat and even funny at times.I enjoyed my experience so much I have considered working there.

This is the best storage spot I’ve ever used. The place is CLEAN - not dirty or too dusty like many storage spaces. I’ve left my unit unattended and unvisited for months at a time and no signs of any pest control issues. And the staff are the friendliest. Lucy and team do an amazing job with the upkeep all with a smile.

This location is super clean, high security (multiple passcode protected), and easy to maneuver in. The manager, Lucy, is OUTSTANDING! She is so kind, extremely helpful, and really goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need - when you need it! When you're in a high stress situation like moving, this kind of customer care can make all the difference. Highly recommend!

price of my unit was increased from $80 to $160 with absolutely no warning after two months of renting. when moving in, management said an increase of 25%-50% might be seen, not 100%. when I asked about what sort of notification was sent to me before this increase, they said one was sent by mail, which I never received. I guess email isn't a valid method for them to let you know about the financial situation they're about to put you in. moving out ASAP, avoid this location and company if possible
