The price is cool and staff was fine. The unit was not. They put me on the end and said that the leaves blow in that unit and they do. It’s constantly dirty with leaves and debris. He asked if I wanted to switch and I said yes but I’m not sure if that registered. The unit had a hole near the lock area and there was also a hole on the inside coming from another unit. Not happy at all. I settled because I just needed it for a couple months but that was before I seen the hole on the inside. Then the remote app does not work. I pay $76 a month for 2 months so maybe you get what you pay for.

Customer service was great! The worker showed me around the property, told me of some of the benefits, and let me know how the lease was set up. Overall super easy renting experience. I would recommend this place.

I have to admit I was dreading coming here, because my last experience renting storage (somewhere else) was a nightmare. I picked it based on price, but stayed for the people working the office. Their professionalism and kindness exceeded my expectations, and the process was a million times easier than I expected.
