Easy process. Applied online, spoke with a representative over the phone and got access right away. We had some issues getting our code to work, but after speaking with the rep again we got right in. Lot was spacious, gated and appeared well maintained.

I have been stirring my motor coach there for many years, even prior to current ownership. Rent has constantly continued to go up. Part of our lease states that we have 24 hr gated service. For weeks now the gates have been broken and anybody can go in and out. They keep saying their working on it but nothing changes. I have called several times about getting a credit because we don’t have gated service. Nothing has changed and no credit given. Since we have to keep our part and pay per contract, they should have to keep their part. I understand things happen but be fair to tenants and reimburse for things we don’t have that we should.
