Extra Space Storage - 2216 - Edmond - NW 164th St

I would highly recommend Extra Storage Space for your next projects, purchasing and moving materials and is reasonably price. They have all the moving items that you need when trying to find the correct items rather small or large without having to drive all over town. One stop shopping. Casey the store manager at Extra Space Storage is very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful, but extremely helpful when recommending the correct materials that you would need for your personal needs and securing your property. Extra Storage Space is very clean when you enter their facility and that is important to me and finding a parking space is no problem at all.

The whole process of renting online was super easy. I stopped by today to get my lock and the associate was super helpful! She drove me to the unit to show me where it is and everything was set up. Super great experience!

Coordinated with the team over the phone that we could not make it on Saturday due to a family member passing away but would be there the following day, Sunday. They told us that it would be fine and that they would meet with us to conduct business. Tell me why I was instructed to come on Sunday and they’re CLOSED. Management did not respond to us in an appropriate timely fashion and the hours online are very misleading. I scheduled an entire weekend around this, which was very inconsiderate and inconvenient given the fact that we had already agreed with them the day and time that we would be coming by. Our family emergency that happened yesterday was rushed so that we could make it to the office today. After speaking to their ring door camera twice, was told to wait for a call from management within 15 minutes, and making a trip across towns, I find this company and/ or location to be very unprofessional and incompetent (expect for the second lady on the doorcam that helped make a claim for us). We will not be doing any additional business with this company in the future and will warn others about their issues when given the opportunity.

Casey was wonderful. She made the process quick and easy to find and rent our unit. The facility is easy to access and very clean.
