A Storage Place - Evergreen

I wish i could say it has been a good experience. I have had a storage unit at this facility for 4 years. The last 2 years i was sick in the hospital and I was not able to get any cooperation from the owner to allow a friend to get my things because i did nit have the key - and in order to replace it I had to be present with my ID- I explained i was unable- so i had no choice but to keep paying. : fast forward to recently when i went to empty it and asked if i could pay a move out fee because i didnt have a way to remove the things that were left that didnt fit into my vehicle. He said no he would keep charging me until it was empty.... So, then i paid a friend to go remove the trash and the elvator was broken... I have spent so much unnecessary $ at this particular location and the owner has done nothing to try and accommodate me or be understanding of my circumstances. The man has no heart and he speaks to you in a condescending manner. Fast forward to today when my friend finally had available space to return to the unit to remove the few things remaning and he charged me an entire additional months rent plus late fee. So that was for january i also paid dec ren in full and my frind was thre nov 19 th to empty the unit and was unable due to the non working elevator. I was never offered compensation or assistance with any of the things other storage places have assisted me with i recommend picking a non corporate stoarge facility ... These people are the fake kind of nice that has no substance. When it comes down to it they only care about money and not people at all

After a couple years of our things being in here, we finally removed everything last week. Every box, and everything I’ve gone through so far has had rat poop in it or on it. My nice clothes, dishes, furniture. The couch smells terrible and has sticky stuff on it. It’s unfortunate to pay so much for a storage space to have your things covered in fecal matter. We took pictures of the poop all over the storage building floor and showed it to the front office people & they did nothing about it. You would think they could afford pest control with how much they charge a month!

This storage location is by far the best facility we have ever done business with. The guys that run this facility are very cordial and easy to work with. They are beyond fair and make sure to treat customers with respect. We have had to use this facility on and off for many years and every time they have been excellent to work with. Before every even needing a storage unit when we had our moving business we would recommend them to our customers because of the positive interaction with them every time. They facility is is clean and well kept as well. If you live in evergreen and surrounding area needing storage definitely give them a shout. They have very competitive pricing as well.
