Nice facility. Almost everything is automated. You need a cellphone to easily access the area and open the door. Which could be an issue for some. Otherwise if there was a problem the person in the office was very helpful and fixed my issue.

I'm so happy I received a recommendation to store "all my worldly goods" at Lockt Storage in Ferndale. The Management and Staff have all been extremely helpful in showing me all their space-options, and with using their well-designed App. for easy-access to the gate and the storage unit I'm using. Units are all really clean and well-lit. Lockt - a wonderful choice indeed.

Super impressed. Office staff contacted me minutes after I submitted interest in a unit online. Great storage facility! Great sizes units! Super easy to access units, etc the only downfall is it is hard to reach someone in the office if there is a problem. But with being brand new, it shouldn’t be a problem- with a little more time.
