Anytime Storage - Anytime Storage - Flagstaff

I didn’t have any issues with Anytime Storage. Getting into my unit was easy as pie, as was moving out and ended my lease. My stuff was safe and secure and I never felt worried about my items being stolen with the cameras around. Would recommend if you need to access a storage unit without weird “curfew” times!

I came to Flagstaff to find a job in Forestry or something else similar and was storing things there to have handy to hike a check out the area but had a huge communication problem because every time I call there is a different person for this facility with different contracts, rules, and attitudes. Just to much trouble to be worth continuing to storey belongs there.

I would not recommend this place. They do not have cameras installed; video footage was not available for review by the local police department after a break-in of several units. I had my unit broken in to; items were stolen & disturbed. This place takes ZERO accountability for securing your belongings, because quite frankly - they don't have to, despite what they advertise. Melissa, an apparent manager or employee, is incredibly unhelpful, reactive, and rude - no apologies, no validation, no empathy. Of course, I am extremely displeased - some of my belongings were stolen. But how the events were responded to is unacceptable. It seems they didn't even believe their tenants - the groundskeeper explicitly expressed his disbelief regarding another tenant's "stolen items." There is no one watching over this place, despite what they advertise. There is no locked entry. The front office is never open (because apparently they are expanding). There is no video surveillance. There is ONE grounds person who stated they visit once a week. No cameras, no supervision, no accountability. I will never use Anytime Storage again. I hope you don't either!

Wow! Talk about warm and friendly service. Rhonda was so accommodating and made me feel really sure & safe about storing my things with her company. She was so informative and helpful and we had all the details ironed out super quick- I left that day with keys confidently in hand. The best storage experience I’ve had for sure-no nonsense & caring management.

Rhonda is such a nice person!! She worked with me finding a larger unit on her day off because I had underestimated the size I would need. The place is clean and quiet and well maintained. I felt my belongings were safe at Anytime Storage
