She was incredibly professional throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. *MOVED OUT AFTER PRIME TOOK OVER* Awful experience when they took over my previous storage facility. Immediately jacked up the rates and filled the place with employees who just don't care. I got a call there was a leak in my unit. I was able to move my stuff to a different (smaller) unit for what I thought would be a few days while they made repairs. I got not updates, and when I asked an employee *four days later* if they knew when the roof would be fixed, she said: "unfortunately, I can't just snap my fingers and have the roof fixed. Its a process." After that response I immediately bit the bullet and paid for my stuff to be moved to a better facility. I know other tenants who want to move out and cannot afford it - dont let yourself and any items you care about get stuck here, your possessions aren't safe here.

LUZ made my experience great!!! She helped us get the best deal possible and really made me feel secure with my decision!
