Extra Space Storage - 5030 - Garland - W Interstate 30

A few months ago, the previous facility I was using flooded, destroying a large percentage of my belongings. I was so excited to find this VERY lovely, well kept facility to salvage what wasn't lost. In the few months I've been here, they've transferred ownership. The new owners seem to be keeping up with the established standard of cleanliness & good service. I recently received a surprising notice of a significant rate increase. However, I called & spoke with CeCe who was VERY professional & accommodating!!! I was SOOO grateful for her assistance. I'll still have to pay an increase, which is to be expected occasionally(this is the 2nd one), but thankfully she was able to apply some credits to give me more of an adjustment period. Would I recommend this facility? ABSOLUTELY! Even BEFORE the adjustment.

I love that I found Extra Space Storage. This facility is clean, well kept, and conveniently located for me to have quick access to my belongings. The air conditioned floors are lovely, especially during the hot summer months, but knowing that my property is stored in a ventilated area is an added bonus in choosing to rent here. The manager Joe is pleasant, patient, and welcoming. He contacted me the moment he had answers to my questions, so I appreciate his commitment in ensuring that I was taken care of.

Joe was extremely helpful and professional. He made the process quick and easy and answered all my questions. Great customer service, highly recommend!

My whole process was a breeze.. From the beginning to the end.. Joe assisted me and was very helpful and made me feel very welcomed.. The units are clean and a nice size for the price..If you’re looking for a storage this is the place to go.. You will not be disappointed..
