*UPDATE* Had to pay to get it unlocked, received FOUR PHONE CALLS ASKING FOR MONEY, NOT ONE FOR CLAIMS OR ANY TYPE OF SUPPORT FOR THE DAMAGE. We were able to get help moving some fo our things out, but they want another monthly payment. Stay clear of this place, wasted money over a year for barely anything left. If anything happens to your things, you will get no help with it. Rat infestation, loss of clothes, matresses and other items to rat feces and urine, locked me out of the storage unit and want me to pay while we wait for claims adjuster. Stuff is still inside with rat feces and urine, so I can’t even access anything that could be saved.
