If I could give zero stars for customer service and dealing with talking to someone on a tv screen, I would. I’ve been with Stuebner Airline storage since 2018, Pam signed me up and we’ve never had one issue. Since this new company has taken over, there is no one in this business on the weekend - when people have time to actually go to their storage. So if you have an issue like I had today, good luck getting any help. Talking to a tv screen when you’re used to dealing with an actual human that cared about customer service there is no comparison. Some person on a tv screen is not feasible or efficient customer service. To never have an issue since 2018 to now in 2025, what a shame. Our neighborhood storage company is just another business wanting your money and willing to give little else in return. And on the weekends, that’s ludicrous. I was told the guy that’s there during the week needs a day off, ok cool - maybe pick a different day or hire additional. But this is the worst customer service. Will not be staying for the long term anymore. What Pam and the other ladies did, and they were older - compared to these younger people is insane.

I've had storage here for at least the past 10 years. Even under different management, it has always been a pleasant experience. Although I have closed my storage out, I would definitely use this location if I ever needed storage again. It is always clean which has always been a big plus for me.
