If I could give this place -5 stars I would. My husband and I have been renting a unit for almost 3 years and paid quite a bit of money to have our memories and things kept safe. . Needless to say they did not keep our things safe. My husband came to the unit to see a lock on our door that was not our lock. When we finally were able to get in my husband found a huge mess. $3000 worth of tools were stolen, bikes and many other things. When bringing this to attention to the storage unit all they could say over and over again is well that’s terrible. The security cameras of course were not working and they refused to answer any calls that the police tried to put in. They don’t care about their customers or They would make sure their security cameras were up and running. Needless to say they have been no help and we have been left with a lot of missing things. What they did leave behind they managed to ruin. We found boxes of memories that will never be able to replace on the ground ripped up. Not once did they offer to help us clean it up, they didn’t offer to reimburse us all the money that was put into the storage units, and the only reason they would answer the phone is if they didn’t recognize the number. If you value your stuff at all do not rent from these people. They do not care, the only thing that is important to them is the money, and they will continue to do this as long as people are willing to throw their money away on something that is not safe.

Recently, we experienced a break-in at our storage unit. Despite the presence of security cameras and posted surveillance signs, we were informed that the cameras were not working at the time of the break-in. As a result, we lost thousands of dollars in belongings. Upon clearing out our unit, we discovered that five other units on the north side of the facility had also been broken into, with cut door latches and busted locks. It became evident that this facility needs to improve its security measures. Additionally, the company's "All season maintenance" services fall short as the north side is never plowed, causing multiple instances of getting stuck. The company should prioritize both its security and maintenance in order to provide better service to its customers.

Great place to store personal property. New all metal units and have a very nice paperless system for renting and paying.Manager is a great very willing to help. I like the gate system and video security cameras. Would recommend for your storage unit needs.

I am currently renting a unit for three months now. Great facility and easy to rent. However I went on vacation for a month and a friend had parked there motorcylce in it for the winter along with some other items while I was gone that friend got passednthe secured gate with no code he then proceeded to ask the manager on duty Ryan to cut the lock off my storage unit that I had lost the key he pointed to a car and said I was sitting in it. The manager trusted him and without checking an ID cut my lock off my unit allowing him in to take his bike and my property. I couldn't believe it! Why did this happen? The manager said he seen my friend come thru the gate behind another car...the only thing he offered was another lock and apologized. I'm furious!
