CubeSmart Self Storage - NY Jefferson Vally Bank Rd

My wife and I had a really upsetting situation happen in our apartment building with a major flood leaving us to move out. We spoke to Aritha at cube smart to assist us in getting a last minute storage unit. Aritha was so helpful in making sure we secured a unit and stayed on the phone with us until everything cleared. She was exceptionally helpful and supportive in this stressful time. Great experience overall!

Response time is quick - within minutes of reserving a space, I received a phone call from an employee Nicholas confirming. He was helpful, informative. He even took the time to let me know when he has to step out of the office just in case (reserved space and moved in same day). He was meticulous - helping me register my account using the app and then did a dry run/practice using the app to access facility. Great experience.

The store manager was amazing. If you're looking for a storage facility, I recommend this place not only because of the location but because of the staff. Aritha was extremely helpful. She has a wonderful personality, and it's very engaging.

The Cube Smart at Jefferson Valley is great. The GM Nicholas and Store manager Aritha are amazing. They are always there to help in time of need. The building is kept really clean. I’m currently renting 2 indoor units with climate control and am really glad that I chose that location.

I recently chose to move my mother’s things to CubeSmart from another storage facility in the area. When we walked into the office we were greeted so nicely by Aritha who made me feel right away that I had made the correct decision. She showed us the storage unit in the size we asked for and then helped us get signed up. This facility is much nicer and brighter than where we were at which makes me feel much more comfortable being able to go there by myself as the office is just down the hall as well and not in a separate building meaning that someone is always nearby during office hours. When we moved our things in yesterday Aritha once again greeted us in her friendly manner and helped us by opening the doors for us as we went back and forth with our boxes. I am very glad I chose this storage facility.
