this unit was clean and very adequate for my needs

Good location, but unit is only ok.
The unit is ok. Not as clean as I would like, old lock sitting on horizontal wood member, not well-swept. Door is not in great shape and the "slide bolt" to which that lock secures was really stuck tight. Will bring garage door lube next time I go! The office manager was helpful, though did not give clear instructions on the keypad. I figured it out.
