Great and easy accessibility online for immediate storage in my time of need! Unit was clean and easy to get to even with U-Haul truck. Great communication throughout rental agreement paperwork and even received emails after to make sure I was setup with no hassle. Easiest process I've ever been through and the quickest! Thank you for helping me in my time of need!

I've had a unit at Lafayette Security Storage for around 12 years and I used to be happy. Ever since Argus took over management of the property, service has completely tanked. Just terrible. If you don't already have a unit here, go somewhere else.

Terrible experience today with Lafayette Security Storage on Aspen Dr in Lafayette. Totally screwed by this place. Went in this morning to rent a unit for my brother, spoke with Colleen. We filled out the contract on unit #168 which was available, the special was for a credit card payment only, he had cash, so he had to put the $$$ back in the bank so they could run the debit card. We were told we could pay for it on Saturday with the debit card. Asked Specifically if the unit was his...Colleen said "YES" just finalize the payment Saturday when you come in. Get a phone call less than 2 hours later "I have bad news for you and your brother" we rented both units in the last hour and my brother was out of luck. No more units available! No phone call or anything saying we need payment NOW if you still want this unit. We would have figured out something else if we were told something other than, just pay for it tomorrow. We left the facility with the complete understanding that the unit was his...GUESS NOT!! Not the least bit happy with this place. Bad Business Practice.

Great experience with storing at this business for 7 months. Easy access, clean, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. I would recommend storing here!
