She was very friendly, and she got my paperwork processed in no time. The storage location is very accessible, and very clean. I'm happy to give them my business. Would highly recommend

I went into the office frustrated with the transition of ownership. This location was purchased from Extra storage. In my opinion the transition was not smooth from a customers perspective. Joann (office personnel) was able to help me understand the billing process during the transition. Customer service was ineffective at this process. I now realize that public storage is giving me a better deal than Extra Storage. Thank you Joann!
