We are happy with the safety and security of our storage. However, as seniors, we are very concerned by how much our storage rental has increased over the time we have had the unit. We are starting to consider both downsizing and exploring other options in the area.

we contracted with Extra Storage in July for $108.00/month. in the month of November, only 4 months in, our rate jumped to $190.00. is this an error as we were never notified that this massive of an increase, almost 100%, would be coming. have tried to call and speak with a representative only to have no one answer the calls. as a local merchant, this kind of practice in a small town does not bode well.
