Prime Storage - Magna North

I got my storage unit for the main purpose of 24 hours access so I can get in to get my work tools etc. However, that’s changed! Not only was I locked out for a couple days. I also had my unit RANSACKED and stolen from! ALL of my work tools are missing and so is material. I’m so upset and not to mention they charged me a late fee, and locked me out for a two day late payment. But they also waited to tell me my storage unit was stolen from after I paid them! Not to mention they NEVER contacted me or my emergency contact to let us know our unit had been robbed and that alone is the most bothersome… my units lock was cut off and switched out with a different lock as well… I have no idea what to do at this point. They ripped me off and locked me out so I couldn’t get work done but they also charged me late fee even though my unit was stolen from and didn’t tell me. I don’t recommend.

Cada 2 meses te van subiendo el pago , a lo menos 10 a 15 dolares. Entre pagando 200 y luego de 6 meses ya termine pagando casi 270 dolares. Atentos Be careful! Every two months, they increase your payment by at least $10 to $15. I started paying $200, and after only 6 months, I'm already paying almost $270. Watch out!"

Rates raised frequently. Mice got into our unit and ruined over $1,000 worth of our stuff. There was dead mice outside of the units. I was told the units were infested because new homes were being built near by and chasing the mice to the units. When I went in to talk to someone I was given 6 packages of some kind of poisoning to kill them and told to buy mouse traps. I told them was not going to spread poisoning near my stuff and I didn’t want to breathe the powder. I vacated the unit.

Had a bit of a hard time finding my profile. But overall great customer service!
