Storage Sense - Magna

I do not recommend this place for Storage. I was there today 11/28/2025 to get stuff out of my Unit. To my surprise there were a lot of Mouse droppings all over my Unit. Mouse droppings on my Mattresses and other Chairs. I found three dead mice. I even found a Mouse nest. I had damage to my Upholstered Chairs underneath where they were picking at the Foam. When I went to the office to complain to the Girl at the front desk she said all I could do was file a complaint. I asked her to come look at my Unit. She refused because I told her I was going to write a bad review. She was more worried about her job than making the customer happy. I feel like the public needs to know about their problem with the Outside Units and Mice!!! Do not waste your money here.👎🏽

I miss pink storage this new company “storage sense” does not help you and don’t communicate, the manger at the location is amazing but if you can’t get a hold of her it make you go on a line “storage sense company line” and you have to talk to this customer services reps and the awful and don’t communicate on December 5th I pay my storage early it only stated I only own 15 dollars I was confused so I called the storage until but the manger wasn’t there so it took me to the phone line of storage sense I talk to this guy about my account to make sure everything is correct the guy stated “yes you only owe 15 dollars this month no more” I stated are you sure ? He said yes! I’m like okay cool! Then today I got this email stating I owe them money and I get a extra 20 dollar charge I was confused so I called back and the manger didn’t answer so it went to the reps again I explain on what’s going on and the lady stated there is no notes or documentation that I call on that day and I’m like what do you mean I talk to this guy I don’t remember her name and she didn’t really care I was so angry I just paid what I owe but I’m looking for another storage unit because they don’t have good communication and want your money again I miss pink storage and this new storage sense is a quack company I wouldn’t do business here

Super easy to sign up with a responsive staff. Was able to complete the paperwork remotely on the drive to the facility and park my vehicle there all in the same day.

Great customer service in house. She always is there to help and always on top of things.

I needed a storage right away and when I called to check availability, Stacey answered and helped me get what I needed right then. She also stayed after the office closed to help me and make sure I was taken care of. I was110% satisfied with her help.
