Auggie is fantastic. I had a lot of questions when I went to rent my unit and he took all the time I needed for me to feel informed and ready to rent. When he didn't have quite have the unit I was dreaming of ready to rent, he helped me find a unit that would work and then worked diligently for two weeks to get the unit ready that I was hoping for. I've been very happy with him and his service. Highly recommend.

I’ve been had this same storage unit for close to 10 years now with its owners being transferred multiple times but thus far Extra Space has never been unable to help accommodate my needs. Several times I’ve experienced a price increase all through this is frustrating but it’s due to market fluctuations causing the price to rise however even with this happening my storage management has never turned me away and always acted as quick as it took me to make a simple call or quick pop in to the office. The manager quickly looked over my account records noting my payment history and I’m sure looking at my long standing with them as a customer and was able to adjust my payment back down to its original price and has done this for me on more than one occasion it is my experience that my particular manager has gone out of his way to make my experience more than better. Always willing to help always happy to chat and listen gives his full attention to any issues. I am confident that anyone who comes into extra space storage will appreciate these services as I have .

My stay at Extra space storage unit was, for the most part, one of the best units I have used! What is The one secret they have that other units do not?, Their Manager By the name of Auggie! (I apologize if that is misspelled!) He , and he alone handles every customer with respect, kindness, and feeling of genuine compassion for others. He will help in any way he can, even helped me through out trash out of my unit! He keeps the property very clean and has an undeniably safe atmosphere. I highly recommend that if you are in need of an actual notice storage facility, go to Orem on Geneva road an$ speak with him, one less stress you will have bin your storage process. The best storage facility I’ve ever used in my 80 years of life. Extra Space has it together! I have multiple units and I’ve dealt In Utah with Auggie in Orem, Michael in Vineyard, Casey On Center Street in Orem (Extra Spacefirst location) and Talon in Kaysville. Keep up the good work!

They are a nice facility. Fairly clean units. And the promotional pricing is pretty good. Just be aware that the pricing only lasts 3 months then there's a steep increase. If you budget for the higher price increase you'll be fine. If you expect to pay the low price for a while you'll have some real sticker shock the first time it goes up. Bottom line, it's a good facility that ain't cheep.....
