Every interaction is clear and straightforward, whether it’s explaining unit options, handling paperwork, or assisting with access. They treat customers with respect, follow through on what they say, and create a smooth experience from start to finish. Their professionalism and reliability set the tone for the entire place.

We are incredibly happy we found this place. Stopped by on a random day looking to move out of another chain storage locally in Pace. Heather was extremely helpful in breaking down all the options and what would fit our needs most. It's really helpful having a manager on site to help out with a lot of the logistics we needed instead of some other places that are remotely run. The place, including the non-climate units, are spotless and it was evident that care was taken for pest control and cleanliness.

OMG!!!!! If you are looking for a storage place, look no further! I have used different storage facilities for several years. All the big names. And paying a lot for their services. I had become very unsatisfied with the storage places I had been using. So I tried out Avid just to compare them to the big names. I was blown away! Easy use of their website, the staff is very professional and a beautiful clean building. And the cherry on top was a light in my unit. Their prices are amazing! Please check them out!
