I had a really positive experience renting a unit here. Karen at the front desk was welcoming and provided great customer service from start to finish. Everything was handled at one convenient location, which made the whole process quick and straightforward. The property is clean, organized, and clearly well maintained. I’d definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing reliable storage.

Definitely 5 stars! The facility is very clean, convenient to load/unload, large elevators. The app makes it easy to go through the gates. Also, Ray went above and beyond to help me out with a moving container. Allowed it to be parked in a secure area, coordinated with the driver and helped me out tremendously while I was unavailable. Moving is stressful enough and Ray provided very great service.

My husband and I moved in here March of 2025, moved out less than a year later. Every 4 months I would get a notice that our rent was going up by 60%. I chatted in the first time, got a rate reduction but the second time I was told nothing could be done for the rate but I could get a credit for a month, which we accepted while looked for another storage facility. We called and asked if we could move out AFTER our payment and were told yes, but they decidedly did NOT tell us that meant we don’t get our money back for the unused portion. I chatted in, and was told that only the store manager can issue a refund, and that she put in a request for them to contact us. Never heard back. Not being one to let things go, I called and spoke to my good friend Rat.. I mean Ray(bet you knew you'd find me here, didn't ya Ray). He told me he would look into my account to see if I was owed a refund, which is code for him leaving us hanging for 2 days so he can come up with some professional way of telling us to kick rocks. He told me he did not feel like we were owed a refund, that it would not be fair to the other folks he also refused to give refund to, and that his ‘hands were tied’ in the matter. When I asked what was tying his hands, he said it just wasn’t fair. So my good friend Ray does not think giving people a refund for their unused portion is fair. He is completely, totally and honestly ok sleeping at night knowing he is stealing money from people for unused portions of rent. That’s fair! I would avoid this place like the plague. Go to Public Storage. They’re nicer, cleaner, more friendly, do not jack up your rent ever 4 months AND will refund you the unused portion of your rent because they’re not thieves. (And because Ray doesn’t work there). Oh. He also lied and told me he spoke to my husband, who called in, about a rate reduction, which is honestly the most hilarious thing I ever heard because I can’t even get that man to call his mother on a monthly basis.

Great experience with this storage facility! Customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. The process was simple and convenient at a single location, which saved a lot of time. The grounds are very well kept, clean, and feel secure. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth and hassle-free storage solution.

Ray lied to my wife and said that he spoke to me about a rate reduction, but I never talked to him a day in my life. They are refusing to give us our money back for the rest of the month when we canceled our storage a week after we paid for the month. I have never had a storage unit do this. It's shady, and incredibly unprofessional and the way Ray handled things with my wife was disrespectful. I would never feel comfortable with anyone I know renting from this place.
