I rented a 10×15 storage unit starting in March 2024. The price was $55 per month for a 3-month promotional rate, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, after the promotion ended the price increased very quickly and continued to rise over a short period of time: • June 2024 – $109 • October 2024 – $122 • December 2025 – $179 Even accounting for the introductory rate ending, the amount and frequency of the increases felt excessive for the same unit. In November 2024 the facility switched to remote management, which means there is no on-site staff available if you need help. Maintenance was also an issue. Dirt and debris often sat outside the units and every time I opened my unit dirt would blow inside. In winter they do not plow snow, which makes access difficult. When I gave 30 day notice that I was moving out, I was still charged for the full month, after I moved out, which was frustrating given the overall experience. This facility might be okay for very short-term storage, but with the rapid price increases, lack of on-site support, and poor upkeep, it’s hard to recommend for long-term use

My units been empty for months, and have tried to cancel multiple times, and instead of answers they raised my bill from 69.99$ to 109$ a month, with no reason other then “we’re doing this”. Literally the WORST customer service, never available, they tack on charges just because they can, and up the prices of there units after you’ve already had a specific payment amount. They only care about money, and could care less about anyone that has their stuff there

The worst customer service ever experienced, never there , rack up rates without giving an advance notice. Overall just a terrible experience almost lost all my belongings because they are so hard to get ahold of called and left messages and emails for weeks before I got a response.

Picked up a U-haul from here. They were not there despite us having selected in-person pickup. Once we worked with U-haul to switch to an app pickup, the truck got stuck in the snow because they didn’t plow the lot. Come on guys.

Under new management be aware! We had a unit here for 2 years the new owners took over and just kept raising the price so high it was ridiculous! They get you by offering a low move in rate then the price will skyrocket trust me! We went from 160 a month up to 300 In a short 2 years. Then we moved out and found one for 160 that's even better then this dump. We also where out 27days early and they don't want to give you any money back from the 30 day rent you paid. Find another storage facility do not go here!
