Good service!
When I arrived at the facility Will was waiting for me. He was very nice and outgoing. He showed me all my options. His wife Linda did all the paper and even told me about a truck that let me use to bring my stuff to the storage facility.

They take your money, cancel you contract
Cancel our contract before we were able to get our property completely moved in (next day) without a reason and refused to tell us why. We had people deliver furniture there and was unable to meet them at the time they arrived so it was dropped off in the parking area until we arrived. But no reason for termination of the lease, and no refund as of this day.

We take all concerns seriously and want to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, this account involved multiple violations of facility policies, including unauthorized entry to the property and obstruction of other tenants’ units. Our manager was subjected to aggressive behavior during this incident, and for the safety of our staff and tenants, the lease was terminated. Despite repeated attempts to work with the account holder to resolve the matter, the situation remained unaddressed, and management was forced to remove the abandoned items at company expense. We understand this outcome may be frustrating, but our responsibility is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all tenants.
