They locked us out for over a month even tho we was paid up. I have the text of them apologizing. They keep charging us crazy fees of $30 for advertising? We was finally able to get in this morning and the lights were flashing on and off and trash everywhere. Homeless asleep in one unit and drug addicts hanging out in the back far corner swaying back and forth. Definitely not a safe area. Signed on at 45 a month for a smaller unit and now paying 90 before all the fees. Traveling as far as we had to to put stuff in storage and being locked out was not what we signed up for. Update… we was late by two weeks due to bank issues and account being on hold due to being hacked. We contacted the company many times and finally got a reply saying sorry we will remove it. After another two weeks it was removed. Maybe add some cameras and better security and unlock in a timely matter.
