Ive been here almost 6 months and never had a storage before now but thanks to Michael H, I always have a really great experience here. He is always present, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He makes it smooth, he takes the time to listen, explains things clearly. You can tell he actually cares about his customers. This kind of customer service is rare and very appreciated. Highly recommend this location because of the management alone. Thank you again Michael, you’re incredible!

Michael Hicks, store manager at the new Extra Space Storage Ruskin FL facility, spent a lot of time with my husband & me explaining the building layout, units available, pricing & policies. The new storage space is big & clean, the carts are easy to load & push & we like the way the units are set up with many sizes available. We enjoyed meeting & visiting with Mike who is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. His patience while I learned to use the app & new lock was appreciated. Our storage unit will work perfectly for us; we’re happy with our decision to rent space at the Ruskin Extra Space Storage facility!
