West Coast Self-Storage Shoreline

Renting a U-Haul directly from West Coast Self Storage was extremely easy. The van was nearly brand new, in great shape, and the person assisting with the rental was extremely helpful and detail oriented. We received excellent service by the person at West Coast Self Storage. I'll definitely rent from them in the future, and will avoid renting directly from the adjacent U-Haul next door.

Charlotte and Dave provided excellent service. The reservation and move in process was very smooth and they were a pleasure to work with.

Just rented a unit here. It’s clean, temperature controlled, has good lighting and excellent security measures. Easy access for small moving trucks and cars. Dave was friendly, helpful and made the rental process easy and clear. Definitely feels like the right choice over close by and slightly cheaper options.

This is my first time renting a storage unit before. I’m so glad I chose West Coast Storage. Dave and Phil were super helpful in choosing the best size and it was really easy to sign up. The building is secure, quiet and clean. They also rent U haul trucks even though there is a U haul next door. I would recommend renting from West Coast instead.

It’s a storage place so the bar is low…..but this place has some major pains. First off: the staff is great. Super professional and kind. Now for the bad stuff: - it’s NOT 24 hour access (I want access all the time) - no dumpsters for getting rid of stuff The elevators are small, the code you enter has a delay and you have to use it in a specific order after calling the elevator which means you can miss the elevator. (Nightmare if multiple people need the elevator) - the carts to transport stuff are one size and too small. - you are required to purchase their locks. Overall design is trash, and the access restrictions make it worth you go somewhere else.
