Eddie was amazing explaining very patient a very great help. I know he hesitations answering questions very workable flexible and definitely did his best to get us a great rate 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I was able to catch a really awesome deal!! I got 10x10 for only $63 a month + $10 insurance. So my bill was $73 under $100 a month. Very clean and easy access to the storage. The app was very convenient, but there was one gate that would not pick up the signal to open though the app I would have to get out a punch code in, but other than that very nice place to store your belongings. If I had extra stuff to store to keep the big storage with that grate deal, I would have because I know how expensive other storage places can be.

For being my first time renting a storage my experience was lovely. I had an employee who was very nice to explain what I was paying for, and how much everything would cost. The storage facility itself is very clean and location is great because it is not to far which is great. The hours to be able to get to my storage is amazing since I work all day so being able to go to the storage for anything helps a lot. I’d anyone is new and looking for a storage I advised you come here, your experience will be great and so is the storage if you decide to get one!

Working with Ed, manager at the St. James Street Storage in Springfield was delightful. I have never rented storage before but when my grandson graduated we needed to find a place and when we found this facility it was perfect. I live in CT and whenever I called, staff were great and Ed would always call me back. The facility is clean and well lit which is what you'd expect, but the staff and management are really friendly, professional and on top of everything and that makes it an extraordinary experience.
