If I could give this place a no star I would. I have sent in multiple written cancellation as well as called and left a VM to cancel my unit. They have continued to charge me for 3 months. This is getting ridiculous. I will need to report them to the BBB!!! I want all my money refunded!!!

Justine was extremely polite and showed me a couple of available units. I was so impressed with the cleanliness/ quality of the building, Justine's professionalism, and the reasonable pricing that I immediate leased a unit. Storage Sense seems knock the competition out of the park!

These are some of the nicest facilities I have seen and the property is very clean. The staff here is incredibly nice and super helpful! It was very easy to rent a unit and get moved in. A special shoutout to Justine at the front desk for making everything so easy!!!!
