I cannot tell you how amazing Lashawna was. I had a ton of questions regarding the cleanliness of the units and she answered them all. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining things and didn't make me feel dumb. Thank you, I will be moving soon and will be contacting her.

Amazing. The staff is truly phenomenal. The level of safety that we feel at this location. Always professional, willing to help as needed. I absolutely love the ladies at this location. The manager knows her stuff and truly makes us feel welcomed, values and appreciated the we are on site. I would and have highly recommended Cubesmart, in Steger!!!!!

I didn’t actually rent a storage unit but the young lady I spoke to concerning my interest in a unit was so helpful. Her name is LaShawana, her politeness and professionalism let me know that when I’m ready to rent a unit she will be the first person I contact. A nice person with a great personality.
