Software issues ruin customer experience
Recurrent software problems present significant PR issues and simply ruin the customer experience. Staff can be wonderful but customers leave when the software fails repeatedly. Just today my email address was again not recognized, necessitating calls and loss of productivity for both parties.

Nice manager, your software is AWFUL
Expect to get many repeated notifications to pay more money IMMEDIATELY after contract uploaded. I got 11 notices over 3 days, THEN the software said I didn't exist and I couldn't access my unit---got left sitting outside at 6 in the morning on a Sunday when NO ONE is in office or accessible by phone. This happened again 2 days later, again when on one in office or accessible by phone. MANAGER does not have voicemail box set up. If you only use the facility from 9-5, M-F, great. Otherwise, Good luck.
