The unit that I rented works well for what I need to store.
When I first entered the unit, I noted that the door was hard to open. The maintenance of the doors needs to be kept up to ensure a smooth operation. Once inside the unit, I found two dead mice which kind of concerned me. I had to go and buy sealed totes to make sure that my items that were being stored were safe from Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The lock that I used on the locker was hard to put on because of the bar that runs along the bottom of the handle. $75 a month seems about the going rate for this area.
