Im very unhappy with this company. Before when Rangeline went up on our storage amount and they sent an email the amount is what it said it was. This company sends and email stating storage was going up 14 dollars. So I go to pay it online budgeting in that amount and its 15 dollars more then what the email said. When I call they said the extra 15 dollars is for planned protection of the unit. Rangeline never did that what they said the price was is what it was. They should take the time to put the actual amount in the email they send you. 24 dollars is big jump in my opinion. What they did is not right and its not fair. Do better.
