The move-in process was a breeze thanks to Luis who guided me through everything. It feels great knowing my belongings are in a safe, well-managed place. Great staff, the Lead Luis has been fantastic! I’ve occurred some issues upon moving in and moving out and if it wasn’t for Luis and his help I’ve would have had some issues in cost. Luis is very good at communicating with his clients and made sure to contact me and straighten out my situation so that I didn’t gain any unwanted fees. You tell they really care to have good business!
