The site manager, Mark, was excellent! Not only was my move-in a smooth transition but he also fixed the latch for me in a timely manner! This is my 3rd time using Extra Space Storage & I love it everytime I return! Thanks for always having pleasant staff members.

The facility is clean, and it has security with coded gates and cameras. However, don't be fooled by initial rates and make sure you take a 6 month contract unless you're positive you'll be out in a month or two. They will raise your rates constantly stating it's based on market need. If you have a unit they have less of, your rate will skyrocket because they'll say demand is high and availability is low. Our rate went from 165.00 to 292.00 over the course of a year. Responding to the facility - We've called for assistance and did receive a one month roll back on a small portion of the increase, but were told there was nothing they could do because the unit is in high demand. Essentially, pay the increase or move out because someone else is waiting to take it.
