CubeSmart Self Storage - 2402 Cranberry - MA

Ive have been renting at cubesmart for 3-4 months now. First, the staff is phenomenal. Being so busy while moving during the holidays they send friendly reminders which I really needed. Barbara has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the facility and we definitely are.

Barbara was incredibly helpful and informative from the moment I arrived to sign my lease. She walked me through the different payment options and unit sizes, and I left feeling confident that I chose what worked best for me and my family. At no point did I feel pressured or steered in any direction, which I deeply appreciate. She is truly exceptional and should be your first point of contact when choosing a storage facility. From start to finish barb and jasmine were so professional showed me a unit was perfectly for my needs very detailed oriented went over everything so I had no questions moved in a day early with no problems easy access to my unit very happy with cube smart .

Recently moved into the unit- unfortunately a day later than the original reservation. Jasmine was very accommodating and got me all set up. Jasmine walked me up to the units and made sure everything was up to par! Could not have had a better experience renting a unit!

Customer service is on point. Barbara and Todd were super helpful. Everything went very smooth. If I had to say anything of improvement, its too bad they couldn’t take over more of the land so the 18 wheeler trucks could drive around the whole building.
