Extremely professional and helpful staff. I am very happy with the service here! Adam is the man!! I wasn’t happy with the unit they first assigned me with. Nothing major just wanted something further from exterior and walls. Adam switch the units quickly and even ran to the building to make sure we found it ok.

I cannot recommend this storage facility. Before I even moved in, the manager repeatedly asked me to leave a 5-star review, which felt inappropriate and pressured. During my 27 months of rental, the “climate-controlled” building was consistently damp. Despite paying for climate control, my bedroom wood furniture that was stored against the back wall of the unit became covered in mold, along with several other items placed toward the back. Even more concerning, my clothes that were stored in airtight plastic bins — with no visible mold on them — still absorbed a strong odor that has not gone away despite multiple cleanings. Over the course of my stay, I paid more than $4,000 in storage fees — money completely wasted. In the end, I had to throw away a significant amount of my belongings, including boxes of personal items, and now I am forced to replace all of my bedroom furniture. I would have saved money by simply selling my items and buying everything brand new instead of trusting this facility to protect them. To make matters worse, the cost of my unit nearly tripled over those 27 months. The pricing structure is not transparent, and if you do not prepay, you are subjected to sharp and repeated increases that feel exploitative. The staff were not friendly, and the overall experience left me deeply dissatisfied. Between the property damage, inadequate climate control, and unfair pricing practices, I strongly caution others against using this facility.

My husband and I were assisted by Adam. Can’t say enough good things about him! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, showed us several units, and had us set up in no time. it was also nice to actually be able to work with someone in person (versus having to do everything online) on a Saturday nonetheless. The facility is also very clean and secure. We highly recommend the Warminster location and were greatly appreciative of our experience with Adam!

Quick and easy set up, took me all but 5 minutes to locate the appropriate unit with various different videos to gauge size and comparison to. I had my unit located, picked and paid for within minutes. Staff reached out quickly to see if I had any questions and assist me with my move in date, very accommodating.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They resolved my issue within seconds and were very clear about the process while going through my issue. I will definitely Continue doing business with them in the future
