I recently purchased some moving supplies and the ladies in the office were very helpful when I went in to buy boxes, tape and moving blankets. These women were extremely friendly and I would use them again without second though.

just wanted to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Elizabeth, the store manager, for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, heard, and taken care of. Elizabeth was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she also showed genuine kindness and patience. She took the time to listen to my concerns, offer thoughtful solutions, and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made all the difference in my experience. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and it reflects in how smoothly everything is run and how well the team operates under her leadership. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making my visit such a pleasant one. You’ve set the bar high for what excellent customer service should look like!

The lady that helped me get my unut (Stephanie) was awesome... She was professional and very sweet. When I got to my unit it was extremely clean, no spider webs nothing with a welcome packet. I feel very safe there with it being gated and with all that being said they have amazing prices as well!!!

The office was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything you might need—boxes, packing supplies, and more. The property itself is just as neat and secure, which really gives you peace of mind when storing your things. Elizabeth and Lanie are absolutely fantastic! They’re friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to answer every question. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s not often you find a team this helpful and a facility this well kept. Extra Space Storage on Highway 3 is definitely an asset to Webster and the surrounding area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing storage—five stars all the way!

I was impressed with how clean and presentable the property is, and the ladies in the front office were very helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions. It was a stress free great storage experience. I recommend renting a unit here.
