I can really say I had the best experience working with Devon storage.. space is great for the price. And whenever you need someone to help you with a problem they get back with you right away. Matt was very helpful to me. He fixed the problem right away. when I needed help with my storage these guys are great

Love the security it has. The fence, cameras, and access code to get in. Also like that you're made to pay/have insurance monthly just because you never know what can happen! Easy access to get in, didn't have to drive around whole place to find unit. Very convenient location. Couldn't think of a better, safer place to store my deceased Mother's belongings.

Worst experience ever with a storage unit facility. Started moving our stuff in on the 21st of February. We call to set it up lady said will be some charges was not technically free but the unit was we get a free month free. Was quick and easy then we decided to back on the 3rd of March and went to use our pin to get in we was denied. Figured maybe it was my fault with a number so I called. Nope I had to pay again for a full month. Told the lady it had not been a month nor 30 days she said its based on 30 days the free month deal. Ok its not been 30 days since we signed up and did our stuff. I was told that its on a month to month and nothing she could do, nor would not pro rate it for anything so here I am already paying for a lock and other stupid fees from the supposedly free month, now im having to pay again. After I paid went to my unit they had placed a lock on my unit. I had to call get a pin get it removed. Then after that opened to find out pictures and filing box wet from a leaky roof. I called back they gave me an email and I send the photos but never responded back or called me. Now we have ruined pictures that was passed down from my grandma that is passed away now ruined. Btw I had the insurance thing they make you take it no options not to. But yes worst ever service and don't get me started on the unleveled ground loading and unloading is a nightmare where our unit was. Take pictures before you get moved in and is what we did so we had a time stamp on our photos for our protection.

Wish I could give zero stars. We had two storage garages with this place while moving, one was filthy when we moved in. They are also complete con artists. If you are offered a deal or discount just know it’s not actually a deal, you will be required to pay the regular price, not the discounted price you signed a contract for. Also, I’m saying this after literally not even having our things stored here for a month. They ripped us off in the first 3 weeks of utilizing the storage. I DO NOT reccomend this company to anyone unless you enjoy a dirty storage garage and being ripped off and talked to in a condescending manner.

Service for renting a climate control unit at the Winchester, KY location at 4629 Rockwell RD was very easy done with one phone call and I am all set to begin using my unit. If you are looking for a storage unit this is a great company to use.
