My experience at this location was amazing thanks to (Porshea). She was extremely professional, caring, and understanding, and went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was truly over the top in the best way. You don't come across people like her often she made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

PORSHEA + ROBERT @ Winter Garden Location 2010 CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I came in needing help figuring out how to upgrade from a 10x10 to a 10x20, and Porshea and Robert absolutely crushed it. From the minute I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making the transition easy (and stress-free). They helped me identify the right 10x20 unit, explained the options clearly, and handled the transfer process smoothly and efficiently—no runaround, no confusion, no wasted time. They were patient with my questions, communicated everything step-by-step, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening before moving forward. This is the kind of customer service you rarely get anymore: fast, competent, and actually caring. If you’re storing at SmartStop Winter Garden, do yourself a favor and ask for Porshea or Robert. They made what could’ve been a headache into a quick, easy win.

I had a great experience at this self-storage location. The service was excellent, and the employee Porshea was extremely helpful! She’s the main reason the whole process felt so much less stressful. Renting a storage unit was quick and easy, and she made everything simple and smooth. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage services! 10/10

If you are tenant at Stoneybrook West Storage facility or planning to rent space there you certainly will need to read this. Last week Saturday at 5pm burglary happened at our unit. 2 female were able to manually open metal coded gate ( think it was left open for them), went straight to our unit without looking or being lost in property not knowing where to go ( think someone told them the location of the unit or they/someone they know works at facility, spent about an hour digging through our staff and choosing what they need like and loading into trunk of their truck ( do you think their security system and 24 hours video recording really as good as advertised???) then they left happy having treasure with them. On Monday 2.30pm during daily walk through inspection ( wondering why inspection conducted late afternoon not first thing in the morning after weekend) manager noticed lock was cut ( or was it left opened for those ladies?) First thing first she called police and told them it’s more likely owners or someone they know took stuff. The craziest thing neither her nor police officers made it known to us nor phone call no email nothing about what had happened to our belongings. Next morning only we were told the story when stopped by to pay bill. NO SUE CASE FOR BURGLARY ITS ONE OF THEIR POINTS IN LEASE AGREEMENT THAT REMOVES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM THEM FOR GOODIES YOU STORE AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM. So be aware!!!! Still no apologies from management about the situation. Unbelievable in the very heart of Winter Garden during daylight someone dig through your stuff and hauling it from storage. THEY ALSO ABUSE LIEN LAW AND DONT FOLLOW IT AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF THEY SEE VALUE AT YOUR STORING GOODS. Be very careful better stay away from this place.
